Error, some other host (00:xx:xx:xx:xx:xx) alraedy uses address

Configured IP/Hostname on one of the cloned template RHEL 7.5 and rebooted/restarted the network.service. I am seeing this error. Ifconfig shows valid Mac address and the IP is not displayed. Has anyone encountered this error? network service fails to start with the above error.
