authentification issues

guys, i'm a newbies in Openshift. I try to use an Openshift Container and i'm asking. If i want to manage my openshift users with httpd-tools what is the config that i should do to the master config?
i mean that i want to only allow the users that i create to have access to my openshift server.
I've read the documentation but i didin't understand
i've already try some configuration on the "Oauth section" in the master-config.yaml but i always get errors.
i've install httpd-tools and create some users to test the login process.
here is my configuration in the master-config.yaml file.
