RHEL Server and RHEL Workstation repos together

Latest response

We are trying to establish a repo server (not installing but downloading only) on a DMZ for both RHEL server and Workstation updates. We have the RHEL server implementation working on a VM and we have entitlements for both server and workstation and can register with RH portal and subscribe to the pools for the Server and Workstation. I am able to get the server updates via reposync but cannot get the workstation updates (cannot enable the repo since the VM is a server). Is there any way for the server VM to get workstation repo updates so I can use one VM to collect these or is the repo updates based soley on the product (server/workstation) installed on the VM? I am assuming worse case I have to stand up a second VM installed with the workstation product so I can create the repo server on the DMZ.

Not aware of a subscription that will let you enable server and workstation products together. Standing up a separate VM is a plan.

I have the exact same issue. First set up a server thinking "well I don't need a GUI for having a local repo, do I". Then trying to reposync and blah... can't do it. This was 2 hours well wasted of my life.
