subscription-manager register cannot Subscribed

When I register host to satellite 6.2, the server cannnot be Subscribed as below:

subscription-manager register --org="Fidelity_International" --name="XXXXcom" --activationkey="RHEL6.9-Production,Virtual" --force
The system with UUID 5a64286e-9871-4742-87b3-68efad80520d has been unregistered
The system has been registered with ID: 0fbbdeb1-c53a-4b35-9edb-0ce8421083bf

Installed Product Current Status:
Product Name: Red Hat Enterprise Linux Server
Status: Not Subscribed

Unable to find available subscriptions for all your installed products.

Hello, seems there is some Red Hat or custom product that the activation key is trying to match to a subscription and cannot. In the configuration for the activation key, is there a repository attached for RHEL6.9, or just RHEL6, server?
