Migrating from Sat 5 to Sat 6, is there a Spreadsheet that maps Products to Subscriptions.

Hello dear Satellite administators,

Has anyone found a Spreadsheet or an online Lab that maps the Red Hat Products to Red Hat Subscriptions?
I need this to migrate Sat 5 clients to a Sat 6 environment. As I am an internal customer and not a Satellite Administrator myself I do not access to the migration documentation.
