Error: 'rhel-8-server-rpms' does not match a valid repository ID. Use "subscription-manager repos --list" to see valid repositories.

I'm following this tutorial: https://access.redhat.com/documentation/en-us/red_hat_enterprise_linux/8/html/deploying_red_hat_enterprise_linux_8_on_public_cloud_platforms/configuring-a-red-hat-high-availability-cluster-on-aws_deploying-a-virtual-machine-on-aws

[root@ip-10-1-1-32 ~]# subscription-manager repos --enable=rhel-8-server-rpms
Error: 'rhel-8-server-rpms' does not match a valid repository ID. Use "subscription-manager repos --list" to see valid repositories.

I have two subscriptions:
- Red Hat Developer Subscription for Individuals
- Red Hat Beta Access

How can I add the missing repo?
