downgrade the kernel

Hi,

I have to install Stornex 5 and it only support RHE 7.2 with kernel 3.10.0-327.el7. The box I recieved was installed with 3.10.0.-514.el7
Can you tell me how i can downgrade it or, reinstall it from scratch ?
