error install webmin

I'm having trouble installing webmin on a machine with redhat 6.6 Santigo, the problem occurs because of lack of a dependency that could not find follows:

"Error: Failed dependencies:
perl (Net :: SSLeay) is needed by webmin-1.801-1.noarch "

Could you help me?
