JBoss EAP 6.2 with wmq.jmsra.rar 7.1.0.4

Hi,
I've installed JBoss EAP6.2 on Red Hat EL 5.6, configured standalone.wml and deployed wmq.jmsra.rar as reported at link https://access.redhat.com/documentation/en-US/JBoss_Enterprise_Application_Platform/6.2/html/Administration_and_Configuration_Guide/Deploy_the_WebSphere_MQ_Resource_Adapter.html only 21.8 not 21.9 because we have different environments and we need to deply only one EAR for all..

My MQ server host name is plutone and port is 1417

When I deploy my application I see that it can't connect to localhost:1414. Why?
