Adding additional email contacts in a Support Case on the Customer Portal

Issue

  • How do I add additional email contacts in a support case to receive case updates alerts from the Customer Portal?
  • Why can't I add any email addresses to the notification list for my support cases?
  • Cannot add more email addresses to the notification list for support cases in "Send Email Notifications to" field. Getting a "user not found" error.
