Does Red Hat offer support for the Ansible Project?

There is no official support for the open source Ansible project. In order to receive official support from Red Hat, you can purchase one of the following Red Hat Ansible Automation products:
* Red Hat Ansible Engine
* Red Hat Ansible Tower with Ansible Engine

For other Red Hat products that may utilize the Ansible project (for example if OpenShift or OpenStack), support would only be for that application of the bundled version, not for uses outside the scope of that platform.
