Why am I getting "Protocol not available" for named service
Issue
DNS server has below error in messages file.
Sep 9 04:01:10 XX named[3328]: errno2result.c:110: unexpected error:
Sep 9 04:01:10 XX named[3328]: unable to convert errno to isc_result: 92: Protocol not available
