Issue
DNS サーバーが messages ファイルに以下のエラーを出力します。
Sep 9 04:01:10 XX named[3328]: errno2result.c:110: unexpected error:
Sep 9 04:01:10 XX named[3328]: unable to convert errno to isc_result:92:Protocol not available
