Qlogic driver reports 'Failed mbx[0]=4005, ... cmd=31' errors

Qlogic driver shows following error messages while booting up the system, although there were no issues observed while accessing any SAN devices. Does this error messages indicates any issue with SAN/Storage? is this a bug?
