Qlogic ドライバーが Failed mbx[0]=4005, ... cmd=31 エラーを報告する

SAN デバイスへのアクセス時には問題が確認されないのにも関わらず、システムの起動時に Qlogic ドライバーが以下のエラーメッセージを表示します。以下のエラーメッセージは SAN/Storage に関する問題を示していますか? これはバグですか?
