Convert error Japanese text
Issue
An error occurs when converting Japanese text from UTF-8 to SHIFT-JIS and from SHIFT-JIS to UTF-8.
$ iconv -f UTF-8 -t SHIFT_JIS testfile.txt
...
iconv: illegal input sequence at position 32
