日本語テキストのエンコーディング変換でエラーが起きる
Issue
日本語テキストを UTF-8 から SHIFT-JIS へ、SHIFT-JIS から UTF-8 へ変換する際にエラーが発生する
$ iconv -f UTF-8 -t SHIFT_JIS testfile.txt
...
iconv: illegal input sequence at position 32
