No such file or directory: could not create /etc/httpd22/run/httpd22.pid in RHEL 7
Issue
- After server reboot, Apache httpd do not start with errors in
/var/log/httpd22/error.log

[Thu May 07 09:01:09 2015] [error] httpd22: could not log pid to file /etc/httpd22/run/httpd22.pid

- Apache httpd 2.2.26
