RHEL 7 で No such file or directory: could not create /etc/httpd22/run/httpd22.pid エラーが発生する
Issue
- サーバーを再起動しても Apache httpd が起動せず
/var/log/httpd22/error.logでエラーが発生します。

Environment
- Red Hat JBoss Web Server (JWS) 2.1.0
- Apache httpd 2.2.26
- Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) 7
