- Our RHEV-M and RHEV-H sit behind a firewall. We have incoming NAT to the RHEV-M for the Admin Portal and User Portals, and incoming NAT to the hypervisors for the SPICE ports. We opening a VM's SPICE console, we get a black screen which times out with the error message:
Virtual Machine connection error: The client could not connect to the remote computer. Remote connections might not be enabled or a network problem is preventing your connection.
