NAT ファイアウォールから RHEV SPICE コンソールに接続できません
Issue
- RHEV-M および RHEV-H にファイアウォール経由でアクセスする必要があるとします。RHEV-M Admin Portal および User Portal のアクセスの際には NAT が設定されているとともに、ハイパーバイザーのSPICE ポートについても NAT が設定されています。この状態で、VM の SPICE コンソールを開くと、タイムアウトになりブラックスクリーンになり、以下のメッセージが表示されます。
Virtual Machine connection error:The client could not connect to the remote computer.
Remote connections might not be enabled or a network problem is preventing your connection.
Environment
- Red Hat Enterprise Virtualization 3.0 および 3.1
- RHEV Manager および RHEV Hypervisors にファイアウォール経由でアクセスする必要があり、同ファイアウォールには NAT されたパブリック IPが設定されています。
- SPICE から VM コンソールに接続している外部クライアント
