As a customer for Red Hat Online Learning courses and subscription, you can create a support case with us by following these steps:
- Log into the Customer Portal.
- Go to Support Cases under the Support tab.
- Select Open a New Support Case.
- Select the Red Hat Onine Learning product.
- Add the Case Summary and a Description of the issue faced.
- Add additional files or screenshot as attachments.
- Submit the case.
