As a customer for Red Hat Online Learning courses and subscription, you can create a support case with us by following these steps:

  1. Log into the Customer Portal.
  2. Go to Support Cases under the Support tab.
  3. Select Open a New Support Case.
  4. Select the Red Hat Onine Learning product.
  5. Add the Case Summary and a Description of the issue faced.
  6. Add additional files or screenshot as attachments.
  7. Submit the case.
