Issue

ifconfig コマンドがサブネット上のルーター若しくはシステムの「ARP テーブル」をアップデートしません。
Solaris の ifconfig は、インターフェイスが起動するとネットワーク上に Gratuitous ARP リクエストを生成しますが、Linux の ifconfig は生成しません。
