ミラーリングされた CatalogSource で OperatorHub 上に Operator バージョンが表示されない

- ミラーリングされたカタログを使用している際、なぜ OperatorHub コンソールに Operator が表示されないのですか?
oc-mirror入力のImageSetConfig.yamlでmaxVersionが指定されている場合、それが適用されないのはなぜですか?
