openssl パッケージをアップグレード/ダウングレードできない

Issue

• openssl をアップグレードできません。

• openssl をアップグレードすると、Multilib version problems found というエラーが発生します。

  Error:  Multilib version problems found. This often means that the root
     cause is something else and multilib version checking is just
     pointing out that there is a problem. Eg.:
  
  Only Upgrade available on package: openssl-1.0.1e-42.el6_7.2.x86_64
  

• openssl のダウングレードを実行すると、次のエラーが発生します。

  # yum downgrade openssl-x.x.xe-x.elx_x.x86_64
  Loaded plugins: product-id, refresh-packagekit, rhnplugin, security,
            : subscription-manager
  This system is receiving updates from RHN Classic or RHN Satellite.
  Setting up Downgrade Process
  Only Upgrade available on package: openssl-x.x.xe-x.elx_x.x86_64
  Nothing to do
