RHEL 9: システムの RTC がかなり先の時間になっている場合、systemd によりシステムクロックがビルド時間に巻き戻される

システム RTC がかなり先の時間に設定されている場合 (例:2039-04-23 09:45)、システムの起動後に、システムクロックはビルド時間として (例:2024-03-18 09:01) 更新されます。そして次のログが表示されます。
systemd[1]: System time is further ahead than 15y after build time, resetting clock to build time.
