そのような設定はないにもかかわらず、httpd mod_proxy が unix ドメインソケットの試行に失敗する

Issue

• この unix ドメインソケットにそのような設定がないにもかかわらず、/var/run/rpc/xmlrpc.sock などの unix ドメインソケットファイルを試行すると、httpd 上のプロキシー要求が断続的に失敗し始めます。 再起動すると、この断続的な問題は一時的に解消されますが、数日後に再び発生します。
