satellite-sync に "This server is not an entitled Satellite" エラーが発生しました

Issue

• Satellite サーバーを同期できません。Satellite チャンネルが利用できません。

• Satellite sync に以下のエラーが発生します。

  [root@satellite-fqdn ~]# /usr/bin/satellite-sync 
  10:37:01 Red Hat Network Satellite - live synchronization 
  10:37:01    url: https://satellite.rhn.redhat.com 
  10:37:01    debug/output level:1 
  10:37:02    --- This server is not an entitled satellite. 
  

• Satellite が、Red Hat Network に "Satellite" サーバーとして登録されていません。修正する方法は?
