ssh ホストベース認証の失敗

Issue

ssh コマンドを実行して ssh サーバーにログインすると、アクセスが拒否されたことを示すメッセージが表示されます。

$ ssh  ssh-server
Permission denied (publickey,gssapi-keyex,gssapi-with-mic,password,hostbased).

"-vv" オプションを使用すると、デバッグ情報を一部表示することができます。
