Issue
- vSphere 4.1 または 5.1 に Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7 をインストールすることができません。
- Anaconda が起動して少したつとハングアップし、その後復旧します。

dracut-initqueue[528]:Warning:/dev/root does not exist
