RHEL6.3 から RHEL6.4 までシステムをアップグレードしたあとカーネルがパニックになり、No root device "block:/dev/mapper/rootvg-root_lv" found エラーメッセージが発生する
Issue
- RHEL6.3 から 6.4 にアップグレードにします。インストールした最新カーネルは
2.6.32-358.18.1.el6.x86_64です。 kernel-2.6.32-358.18.1.el6.x86_64でシステムを起動することができません。パニック前に以下のメッセージを表示します。
