Issue

  • "Server with GUI (graphical-server-environment)" でパッケージをグループインストール後 GUI が起動しません。システム再起動後に initial setup の画面が表示されます。RHEL7GA で同様の手順でグループインストールした際には initial setup は表示されませんでした。

再現方法:

1. RHEL7.1 を minimal packages でインストール (デフォルト)
2. RHEL7 インストール後に GUI をインストール
    # yum groupinstall "Server with GUI"
    OR
    # yum groupinstall graphical-server-environment

3. 以下のコマンドで GUI が起動するように設定
    # systemctl set-default graphical.target

4. システムの再起動

  • Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7.1
  • 英語環境以外のシステム
