起動時にマルチパスデバイスが作成されません
Issue
- システムの起動時に、ログに以下のエラーが表示されます。
kernel: device-mapper: table:253:27: multipath: error getting device
kernel: device-mapper: ioctl: error adding target to table
- lvm 関連のコマンドを実行すると、PV エラーが繰り返し表示されます。
# pvs
