Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7 のインストールに失敗し、dracut-initqueue[xxx]: Warning: dhcp failed メッセージが発生する

Issue

• vSphere 4.1 または 5.1 に Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7 をインストールすることができません。
• Anaconda が起動して少したつとハングアップし、その後復旧します。

dracut-initqueue[528]: dhcp failed
