Customer Portal Maintenance Outage: 05 January 2013

Sections of the Red Hat Customer Portal will be offline while an upgrade is performed on Saturday, 05 January (estimated 8 hours). Outage times are longer than most system maintenance periods due to the complexity of the upgrade. We will continue to deliver and support critical business functions during this outage.

Sites Affected: access.redhat.com, rhn.redhat.com, dropbox.redhat.com, *.rhn.redhat.com (satellite, xmlrpc, etc.)

During the planned outage window, users will not be able to perform any actions requiring authentication, such as downloading software, managing subscriptions, opening support cases, searching, or viewing Knowledgebase Solutions or group discussions. All content that does not require authentication will continue to be available, such as product documentation.
