由于 RPM 签名验证失败导致 RHEL 10 安装失败

Issue

• 在安装 RHEL 10 的过程中，GUI弹出以下错误消息，导致安装程序退出，系统无法成功安装：

• 使用相同的安装介质，可以将其成功安装到其他服务器上。
