使用 tuned

• 虽然使用的 tuned 配置文件为 CPU 设置最大性能频率(throughput-performance、latency-performance 等)，但不会保持最大 CPU 频率。

没有 tuned

• 虽然包括 intel_idle.max_cstate=0 processor.max_cstate=1 的内核参数和/或 BIOS 被配置为将 CPU 频率锁定为最大状态值，但不会支持最大 CPU 频率。
