更新 bind 软件包触发器 named ，来在严重程度为 info 时给出 SERVFAIL 错误。
Issue
- 将 bind 软件包从 bind-9.9.4 更新至 bind-9.11.4 ，当名称查询无法通过 named 解析时，将严重程度为 'info' 时的 'SERVFAIL' 错误记录到 /var/log/messages 中。

如果 named 有启用了调试日志的 bind-9.9.4 ，则这种类型的错误只记录到 /var/named/data/named.ca（默认），但启用 bind-9.11.4 时，只要查询日志在 named.conf 中处于活动状态，同样的错误就会记录到 /var/log/messages 中，而无需任何配置更改。
