Resolution

经过仔细考虑后，我们决定弃用 screen 软件包，并推荐使用 tmux 软件包替代它。 screen 实用程序包含旧的代码，对它进行维护比较困难，并且上游社区与这个程序相关的活动也很少。 tmux 软件包被视为具有更好的代码基础，便于维护并方便在其上构建新功能。 当考虑到 CVE 安全勘误、满足政府安全认证和类似要求时，在 RHEL 中维护 screen 变得越来越不现实。 对于需要满足 DISA STIG 要求的用户，tmux 作为 screen 的替代工具可以满足相关要求。
