Windows guests in RHEV show incorrect time after a shutdown or poweroff
Issue
- The Windows guest shows incorrect time even though the RHEV host's time is configured properly and set to UTC. Also, the Windows guest has the proper time-zone configured.
- After I created a new Windows virtual machine from a template, the time is off by X number of full hours.
- The Windows guest OS has a sudden time change after running for an hour, even if starting with correct time. This, in turn, causes DCHP lease not to be renewed and guest loosing its IP.
