Customized gdm Configuration Lost When Upgrading redhat-artwork

Issue

When updating redhat-artwork, customizations to /usr/share/gdm/themes/RHEL/RHEL.xml are lost. There is no warning that the contents of this file will be overwritten and there are no .rpmnew or .rpmsave files created.
