Xterm cannot open display?

Issue

Server gives the following error when connecting with xterm:
```
xterm Xt error: Can't open display: localhost:10.0
```
xclock not working. When running xclock on the terminal, getting following error:
```
Error: Can't open display: localhost:10.0
```
