Is there a replacement for the jmx-console in EAP 6 ?

Solution Unverified - Updated -

Issue

  • What is the replacement for the jmx-console in EAP 6
  • JBoss 6.0 admin web UI does not provide the access to JMX beans.
  • I found a related info in the below forum https://issues.jboss.org/browse/AS7-2227 that it is not supported and it would be ported soon.
  • Is it available in JBoss EAP 6.0? if not then when will it be supported ?
  • How to Monitor Http-threads using JMX Mbeans and perform operations on these Mbeans in EAP 6 as there is no jmx-console?
  • Is there any documentation for accessing jmx-console of JBoss EAP 6.2?
  • How to configure the JMX monitoring for EAP 6?
  • Is JMX supported on EAP 6?
  • I am aware that the JMX console was withdrawn for EAP 6.0 and have seen https://access.redhat.com/solutions/92223, I am also aware of JConsole and similar GUI tools. My question is : has there been any change to this policy; ie is there a web-based JMX console available now ?
  • How to set up JMX in JBoss EAP 6.2.0? What are the changes i need to do in the JMX subsystem in domain mode?

Environment
