Performance regression on NUMA systems in RHEL-6.5
Issue
When using a workload which attempts to run one cpu intensive processes per available core, the processes should be balanced evenly across all the cores. If you are being affected by this issue then you will observe lots of idle cores, and lots of overloaded cores
