On a system with configured rsyslog for incoming rules, not all the messages get logged
rsyslog has a high rate of UDP error
Udp: packet receive errors or Udp: RcvbufErrors in netstat -s
rsyslog dropping or missing logs when listening for logs from remote logging hosts
