Active-Backup (mode 1) bonding does not fail-over successfully in a blade environment

- When using mode 1 bonding in a blade environment the bond does not fail-over successfully.

miimonorarpmonitoring, for mode 1 bonding in a blade environment? - In VM guest with NICs connected to two vSwitches link is not reported down when vSwitch is down or port is off
