Unable to enable the High Availability repository on "Red Hat Enterprise Linux 9,8"

Issue

• No rhel-9-for-x86_64-highavailability-rpms or rhel-8-for-x86_64-highavailability-rpms repository found to be enabled in Red Hat Enterprise Linux 9, 8 host, when the repository is already enabled and synced in Red Hat Satellite 6.

• Enabling rhel-9-for-x86_64-highavailability-rpms repository on RHEL 9 host fails as follows:
