非 root ユーザー認可のための PolicyKit および D-Bus サービスが原因で CPU とメモリーの使用率が高くなる

Issue

• システムの CPU とメモリーの使用率が高くなり、実稼働ワークロードに影響が出ました。

• ps コマンドの出力には、PolicyKit および D-Bus サービスが予想外に大量のリソースを消費していることが示されています。
