KVM host reports FuEngine EEPROM size invalid messages

Issue

On the KVM 8.x host following messages repeats

16:00:44 test fwupd[107608]: 05:00:44:0746 FuEngine             failed to add device /sys/devices/pci0000:b3/0000:b3:01.0/0000:b4:00.0: EEPROM size invalid, got 0x80000, expected 0x40000
16:00:45 test fwupd[107608]: 05:00:45:0003 FuEngine             failed to add device /sys/devices/virtual/msr/msr0: failed to add device using on msr: could not read IA32_DEBUG_INTERFACE: b7cdecd2f3449609e17d97d62dbc330fa800b77c [(null)] has not been opened
