Issue

• Operator 使用的证书仅在将来的某个时间后有效。
• 集群可通过 oc login 命令访问。
• 一些集群 Operator 被降级，包括身份验证、ingress 和 kube-apiserver operator。
• 断开连接的 RHV 安装过程中没有设置 NTP。
